What does the New Orleans Essentials Pass include? The pass brings together 3 attractions of your choice from a selection of New Orleans experiences. All content and management is done through a mobile app, very useful for organising your visits.

How long is it valid? From the moment you activate it for the first time, you have 30 days to use it. If you haven't activated it yet, you can do so up to 1 year after purchase.

How do I use it? Once purchased, you will receive it in digital format by email. You can then add it to the Go City app to check opening times, see if you need to book and plan your tour. The pass is activated at the first attraction you visit, and from then on you simply show the QR code at each entrance.

Do I have to choose the attractions when I buy it? No. You can decide at a later date, when you have a better idea of what you want to visit.

Do I need to book certain activities? Yes. Some attractions do require reservations, and the app will tell you this.

Can I use the pass twice on the same attraction? No. Access to each attraction is unique with the same pass.

Are there children's passes? Yes. Children's passes are usually available for ages 3 to 12. Children under the age of 3 are usually free on many attractions.
