Step by Step
Discover the largest natural arch sanctuary on the planet on a trail tailor-made for your group. You'll start with a short hike from Moab to the park entrance, where our guides will explain the origin of these structures formed millions of years ago.
During the hike, you'll explore iconic formations such as Delicate Arch, Landscape Arch or Double O Arch (depending on route and accessibility), learning how erosion shaped the fine sand into stone monuments. Each stop offers photo opportunities and detailed commentary on palaeontology and geology.
In addition to the arches, you will visit red canyons and rock fins, where you can appreciate the texture and colour of Entrada and Navajo sandstones. The pace will be leisurely, with plenty of time to rest and admire the scenery.
The tour stops at strategic viewpoints to look out over the Colorado River Valley Overlook, before returning to Moab. Energy snacks and bottled water are provided at all times, essential to keep your spirits up and hydrated.
At the end, you'll be dropped off at your accommodation or the original meeting point, satisfied that you've covered some of the most spectacular corners of the American West.
