Step by Step

Embark on a unique journey of about 4 hours that fuses culture, nature and creativity. First thing in the morning, after meeting at Hoa Champa Coffee, your English-speaking guide will transfer you to a nearby starting point to get on your bike. The 7km ride will take you along rural roads lined with rice paddies and herb gardens to the famous village of Tra Que, renowned for its organic farming methods.

Upon arrival, you'll join local farmers to experience first-hand the workings of the fields: you'll learn how to prepare the soil, fertilise and harvest fresh vegetables. This direct contact with rural life will allow you to understand why Tra Que is considered the "vegetable garden of Hoi An".

Mid-morning, you will sit in the lantern workshop, where skilled craftsmen will show you each step to build your own silk lantern: selection of bamboo, assembling the structure, stretching the fabric and decorating it. This creative process takes about 1 hour and will leave you with a souvenir of your stay.

After the workshop, the walk continues back to the city, where a delicious lunch of specialties such as Cao Lầu, White Rose, fried wonton, grilled pork, lemongrass skewer, accompanied by honey juice and fresh fruits awaits you. This feast is the perfect way to refuel before returning to your hotel.

Ideal for those looking for gentle outdoor activity, cultural immersion and a touch of handmade art, this tour connects you deeply with Hoi An's heritage and gastronomy.
