Experience Highlights

You’ve no doubt heard the horror stories about the Tower of London. It’s hardly surprising, given that this building was once a prison. But did you know it was also a palace, a fortress, a treasury and even a zoo? You’ll discover all this on this tour.

When you arrive at the main entrance, simply show the digital ticket you’ll have received by email to gain entry.

  • These tickets include access to the famous British Crown Jewels. Yes, the very ones you see in films and documentaries, but in the flesh and in full colour. Did you know that St Edward’s Crown is used to crown British monarchs?
  • Choose your preferredtime for your visit and avoid queues and crowds.
  • The tickets include a guided tour led by a Beefeater

Step by Step

Ready for an adventure at the Tower of London? With these tickets, you’ll step inside one of the world’s most fascinating monuments and a major tourist attraction in the British capital. From the moment you set foot inside, you’ll be surrounded by incredible stories and an atmosphere that has seen it all.

Picture this: you’re standing before the legendary British Crown Jewels, with sceptres, tiaras and the imposing St Edward’s Crown gleaming before your eyes. Doesn’t it make you want to know what it feels like to be so close to these historic artefacts? And that’s just the beginning.

Here’s a little preview: this fortress, built in 1066, has been a bit of everything – an armoury, the Royal Mint and, of course, a prison with many dark tales. Did you know that Anne Boleyn was beheaded here in 1536? Get ready to hear that and other macabre tales on a one-hour tour led by a genuine Royal Beefeater. Yes, those guards in uniforms that look like something out of a film.

But there’s more. The White Tower awaits you with its secrets, the Traitors’ Gate will send a shiver down your spine, and the Tower Yard will transport you back to turbulent times. So, fancy a stroll through history? The Tower of London is waiting for you with its doors wide open and many, many stories to tell.

The tour was very interesting and I leave with a lot of new knowledge about the history of London, but I was expecting something a bit different from what I saw, maybe I went with my expectations too high.
