Step by Step
How Does The London Pass Work?
Once you've purchased your pass, you'll receive a digital version via email along with instructions on how to use it. You can display it on your phone at each attraction or print it out if you prefer. You'll also have the option to download the mobile app mentioned in your booking confirmation. The app gives you access to the full list of included attractions, lets you manage reservations for the most popular sites, and keeps all the info you need to get the most out of your pass right at your fingertips.
How Do I Activate My Pass?
Your pass activates the first time you use it at any attraction. That first day of use becomes Day 1 of your pass. Keep in mind, the pass counts calendar days, not hours—each day ends at midnight. You have one full year from the date of purchase to use your pass for the first time and activate it.
What Are the Benefits of The Pass?
The London Pass gives you access to over 100 iconic landmarks and attractions throughout the city for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 10 consecutive days, depending on what works best for you. Instead of paying separately for each site, you pay one price and visit as many included attractions as you want from the full list.
Do Any Attractions Require Advance Reservations?
Yes. Some attractions do require advance booking. You don't have to choose what to visit when you buy the pass, but keep in mind that after you activate it, certain attractions may be fully booked. It's a good idea to check schedules and availability before activating your pass so you can plan your itinerary and avoid any surprises. You can do this through the pass app or by following the instructions you'll receive via email after purchasing.
Does The Pass Include Activities Beyond Monuments and Museums?
Absolutely. In addition to the major landmarks, you'll also enjoy activities like a ride on the London Eye, a Thames River cruise, a Big Bus sightseeing tour, and plenty more.
