Very comprehensive and well organised. The pace was relaxed, with time to explore the market, cook and sit down to enjoy ourselves.

We tried new flavours and learnt some simple techniques. The coffee served after the meal was a small but very Italian touch.

I went with my partner and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Cooking in a local’s home really changes your perspective.

The visit to the market and the lesson went very well. It wasn’t just about eating; we gained a better understanding of the products from the lagoon.
