This tour offers you a multi-sensory experience in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, home to some of the world's best-known PDO products. In the comfort of an electric bike, you'll ride effortlessly through the rolling hills of Castelvetro di Modena, enjoying spectacular views and gourmet stops.
The first stop is a local cheese dairy, where you can witness the making of Parmigiano Reggiano in real time. From the fresh milk to the large wheels of cheese, your guide will explain the entire process, culminating in a delicious tasting directly at the production site.
You will then continue the tour to a traditional acetaia, where the famous Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena is made. During the visit you will learn about the different ageing methods, varieties and pairings, and of course you will enjoy a tasting of various types of vinegar.
