Step by Step

On this tour, you’ll have the chance, over the course of around three and a half hours, to hop on an electric bike and explore Milan. You’ll visit some of the city’s wonders and learn, guided by an expert guide, about its history and culture. A perfect opportunity to discover the city in a comfortable, unique and fun way.

The activity also includes a private option, allowing you to take the tour in a small group of no more than 8 people, so you can enjoy more personalised attention from your guide. An ideal choice for outings with family and friends.

Some of the stops included on the tour are as follows:

  • Navigli: Known as ‘the canal district’, this is one of the city’s most alternative neighbourhoods, full of cafés, bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere as well as the beautiful views of its 12th-century canals.
  • Colonna di San Lorenzo: The Colonna di San Lorenzo consists of 16 columns built during the late Roman period in Milan. They are situated opposite the Basilica of San Lorenzo and are one of the few surviving archaeological remains of Imperial Milan.
  • Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: This late 19th-century gallery is known as the ‘salon of Milan’ due to its countless shops and its importance as a hub for shopping, dining and socialising. Four storeys high, the building houses elegant shops offering everything from haute couture and jewellery to books and paintings, as well as restaurants, cafés and bars.
  • Milan Cathedral: Probably the city’s most famous building. Milan Cathedral, situated in Piazza del Duomo, is one of the largest Catholic churches in the world, with a total capacity of up to 40,000 people. Built in the Gothic style, construction began in the late 14th century, although it was not completed until 1965.
  • Bera District: It is considered Milan’s most elegant neighbourhood. Along its 18th-century cobbled streets, you can find both cutting-edge fashion boutiques and traditional shops selling cosmetics and handicrafts.
  • Sforzesco Castle: A 14th-century medieval castle that has undergone numerous renovations over the centuries. This is evident in its varied architectural styles, ranging from Renaissance to Gothic. Today, the complex houses an art museum.
  • Santa Maria delle Grazie: A church built in the 15th century, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. It is famous for housing Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting *The Last Supper*, considered one of the most important works in the history of art.
  • Piazza Gae Aulenti: Located in Milan’s financial district, it is regarded as the city’s most modern square. It is surrounded by skyscrapers and shops and features fountains and striking night-time lighting.
  • Sempione Park: This is the largest park in the Lombard capital, covering 47 hectares. It is an ideal place to go for a stroll and enjoy a rest in the shade of its trees.

Once the activity is over, you’ll return to the original starting point, as this is a round-trip tour.
