Step by Step
Delve into an underwater world teeming with tropical flora and fauna on this snorkelling experience in Tulamben. After a short transfer, you'll arrive at Tulamben beach, famous for its clean waters and easy access to the sea, where you'll receive your equipment and safety instructions from your expert guide.
The first dive takes you to the coral garden, a colourful oasis where you will experience close encounters with clown fish, parrot fish and a multitude of endemic species. Underwater, every nook and cranny offers a spectacle of marine life that contrasts with the tranquillity of the surface.
You will continue to the USAT Liberty, a cabin ship sunk almost a century ago that has been converted into an artificial reef. Here you can float on the deck and explore flooded corridors, all under the watchful eye of your guide, who will explain the history of the ship and its transformation into a marine habitat.
Between dives, you will enjoy a typical Indonesian lunch (if you choose the lunch option) and time to observe the life of the Tulamben people, mingle with the fishermen and learn about their way of life.
At the end of your adventure, you will return to the resort with the satisfaction of having explored a unique ecosystem and experienced a historic dive.
