During this experience, which you can enjoy with your family or friends, you’ll explore a real aircraft carrier that served in the United States Navy from 1945 to 1992 and took part in several major conflicts, such as the Vietnam War and Operation Desert Storm.

After being decommissioned, it was converted into a museum and opened to the public in 2004, becoming one of San Diego’s most popular attractions.

You’ll be able to explore the flight deck, the hangar deck and the spaces below deck, including the sleeping quarters, the galley and the engine room. You can also see a collection of aircraft that were used on the ship, such as fighter jets, helicopters and surveillance aircraft.

You’ll also have the chance to see a range of exhibitions and interactive displays that offer an insight into the daily lives of the sailors on board during their missions.

    The USS Midway is huge and very interesting. At times it was hot in some of the indoor areas, but it was a great experience.
