The New York City Sightseeing Bus - 24-hour pass Downtown Route (red line) allows you to discover the most famous sights of Midtown Manhattan in complete freedom. For a full day, you can hop on and off freely to get to the most iconic sights without worrying about transport or finding your way around such a big city.

The Downtown Route takes you through must-see areas such as Times Square, 5th Avenue, Broadway, the Flatiron District, SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy, the World Trade Center area, Wall Street and the financial district, as well as offering great views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from the West Side Highway. Just hop off at the stop of your choice, sightsee at your leisure, and hop back on the next bus.

On board, you'll travel on double-decker buses with pre-recorded commentary in several languages (including Spanish) to learn about the city's history, anecdotes and fun facts. You'll receive free headphones when you board and can enjoy the tour with departures approximately every 30 minutes, operating between 9:00 and 16:30, allowing you to organise your day at your leisure.

    I arrived in NY for the first time and I was nervous because I thought that if I wasn't careful I would end up getting lost in the streets as I travelled on my own. This tour helped me a lot, although it didn't make me an expert on the city, I already know several interesting places and more of the streets to get around.
