Access to the pitch may depend on what’s happening at the venue.

The tour of The Star in Frisco lasts approximately 75 minutes and takes you to the complex where the Cowboys train and work during the season. In both cases, the full experience, including travel time, takes around three and a half hours, depending on traffic.

Step by Step

The experience begins in the centre of Dallas, next to the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza, where a vehicle from the provider will collect you and take you to the option you have booked. This way, you can visit one of the Cowboys’ iconic venues without having to worry about driving to Arlington or Frisco.

If you choose AT&T Stadium, you’ll step into one of the NFL’s most recognisable stadiums. Over the course of around 90 minutes, you’ll tour various areas inside the stadium and learn how a venue designed to host American football matches and major events operates.

Depending on the stadium’s schedule, the tour may take you through the Dallas Cowboys’ and cheerleaders’ changing rooms, private boxes, the press room and the interview area. Where the schedule allows, it may also include access to the pitch, although this cannot be guaranteed.

The alternative is The Star in Frisco, the large complex where the Cowboys base their training sessions and carry out part of their daily activities. The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes and offers a glimpse into a different side of the franchise, one more closely linked to the team’s preparation and its operations away from the stadium.

The ‘Tour Star in Frisco – Fans’ option adds a few extras designed for Dallas Cowboys supporters. As well as the tour of the complex, it includes a dining and shopping offer, an authentic letter from Jerry Jones acknowledging your support, and a fold-out magnetic photo as a souvenir of the experience.

At the end of the tour, you’ll return by the same transport to the starting point in Dallas. Including travel time and the tour itself, the full experience lasts approximately 3½ hours, although the total duration may vary depending on traffic conditions.

    The hike is beautiful, although it takes quite a while and can be a bit of a drag for some, but I assure you it is worth doing at least once.
