Buffalo Brewery Tour

Immerse yourself in Buffalo's rich brewing tradition, where before Prohibition there were over twenty breweries and today nearly fifty craft breweries flourish. On this 4-5 hour tour, you'll tour the old waterfront and renovated industrial buildings that are now home to the city's thriving brewing community.

Your adventure begins with pick-up from your hotel or home; confirm the time and place in advance to secure your spot. Aboard an air-conditioned vehicle and with a live English-speaking guide, we embark on a scenic drive through the heart of Buffalo, learning how this city was reborn through beer.

You'll visit 4-5 breweries along the route, stopping at each for tastings - approx. 30 minutes per stop - where you can choose from a variety of house brews. From classic lager to seasonal innovations, you'll be free to taste whatever takes your fancy (drinks cost between US$8 and US$12 per sample, payable by the traveller).

Between tastings, your guide will tell you stories about Buffalo - from its German roots, to its burgeoning industrial scene, to its renaissance as a focus for signature beer. The private format ensures personalised attention and flexibility to adjust the pace to suit your preferences.
