This Christmas, Alton Towers Resort is dressing up to offer a magical experience at the height of the festive season. From 28 November 2025 until 4 January 2026, the UK's most iconic theme park will be transformed into a Christmas destination full of surprises for all the family.

During this time, the main rollercoasters and adrenaline rides will be closed for winter theming, but the park continues to operate in a special Christmas-themed area, with adapted rides, shows, markets and immersive experiences.

Walk among twinkling lights, decorated trees and carolers as you enjoy the resort's open areas. Experience the festive spirit of Alton Towers with family or friends and feel the thrill of visiting one of Europe's most iconic parks with a totally different charm.

In addition to the festive decorations and attractions, you'll find themed food courts, Christmas gift shops and special shows to make your visit an unforgettable experience. Children under 90 cm are free, making this the perfect getaway for the little ones.
