  The boarding top and bottom were automated. It was left to customers to hop in the cars as they wanted. This left the trollies well less than the 8 passenger maximum. That led to long lines at the bottom.

  Jose Carlos was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the history. He provide fun facts and was very accommodating with our schedules and what we really wanted to see. He went above and beyond by providing recommendations about restaurants and things to do. It was a very enjoyable tour— relaxed, fun, full of humor, and history. You should definitely take this tour.
