This activity is a great time to learn about other cultures, as you are sure to meet people from different countries. In our case, we were from 4 different countries, so we enjoyed hearing about each other's food, experiences and customs.

Eating the paella and enjoying the sangria at the end of the class was the best thing. An experience I hope to repeat soon.

I had previously told them that my girlfriend is vegan and as soon as we met they asked us to reconfirm. I thought it was a nice gesture as in other countries they don't take veganism very seriously. She enjoyed the experience as much as everyone else.
