Our driver did nothing but drive and point us in the right direction. He was nice enough but we received no guide service whatsoever. Sometimes we all felt unsure about what to do next. This tour is a ride to the preserve and all the other services were provided by the resort except the shuttle about which they do have their own.

It was a wonderful tour. Our driver/guide was very informative and helpful. The hike to the waterfall was much more extensive and difficult than the description.

Highly recommended excursion from the city of Panana, as it combines nature, lots of nature, and the canal of course, you enjoy it in all senses.
