Step by Step

This 2-day tour takes you from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech to the tranquillity of the Zagora desert, passing through breathtaking landscapes and discovering the rich Berber culture along the way. After leaving in the morning, you'll travel over the Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas, enjoying panoramic views and stopping in traditional villages to learn about the local way of life.

The first major stop is at Aït Ben Haddou, a spectacular kasbah that has been used as a backdrop for numerous films. You will have free time to explore it at your own pace or hire a local guide. You will then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the "gateway to the desert", where you can visit the Taourirt Kasbah.

Arriving in Zagora in the afternoon, you will ride a camel across the dunes to your desert camp. There you will enjoy dinner, a typical evening and an unforgettable night in a private tent under a starry sky. You can choose between a standard camp or a luxury camp with private bathroom.

The second day starts with the option to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by a traditional breakfast and the return to the meeting point with your driver. On the way back to Marrakech, you will stop to rest, have lunch and visit what you missed the previous day, such as the Kasbah of Taourirt.
