The activity takes place in a tatami room inside a traditional sushi restaurant with more than 40 years of history, an environment that provides authenticity and tranquillity from the very first moment.
During the session, an expert instructor will explain the movements, technique and meaning behind each step of the ceremony. First you will attend a demonstration, observing how the tea whisk is manipulated, the placement of the hands and the rhythm of preparation with the elegance of this ritual.
Then it will be your turn to actively participate and prepare the matcha yourself, always accompanied by the master. Even if you have no previous experience, the activity is designed so that anyone can enjoy it and understand it without difficulty, making it an ideal introduction to the world of Japanese tea.
