Step by Step

Visit two cities, Blarney and Cork, in a single day thanks to this day trip from Dublin. You’ll spend around 12 hours on this experience, so the tour sets off early in the morning, at around 8 am. These cities are about 300 km from Dublin, so all transfers during the trip are included in an air-conditioned coach.

Throughout these journeys, you’ll be accompanied by a tour guide who will provide context and information on the city’s most important landmarks . Furthermore, during these journeys, you’ll be able to admire Ireland’s beautiful countryside with its green fields and mountains.

Another benefit of this excursion is that it includes admission to some of the most important monuments, such as:

  • The Rock of Cashel: located in Cork, this site is of great significance as it was where Saint Patrick lived. Today it is a Catholic church, having been donated by the Kings of Munster almost 1,000 years ago.
  • Blarney Castle: you’ll be able to go inside, so you can wander around and kiss the Blarney Stone. It’s said that after kissing it, you’ll be gifted with seven years of eloquent speech. You’ll also have time to stroll through its beautiful gardens or even visit Lake Walk.

In both cities, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace and visit the places that most take your fancy. On the return journey, you’ll pass through Woolen Mills, where you can buy whatever you like, taking advantage of the tax-free prices.

It is 100% worth it. We took some beautiful pictures and I enjoyed the scenery together with my girlfriend in a very nice way.

We were totally blown away by how beautiful Rock of Cashel and Blarney Castle are. They look like something out of a fairy tale. Both are very well preserved.
