Step by Step
In the heart of Bali you will find a sanctuary dedicated to the world of reptiles: the Bali Reptile Park. Step through its gates and you'll enter a world of scales, fangs and thick skin, where each enclosure is designed to recreate the natural habitat of its inhabitants.
The experience begins with you being welcomed by a local guide, who will give you a brief introduction and share fun facts: did you know that some Komodo monitor lizards can travel over 20km a day in search of food? Throughout the various themed zones, you will meet giant tortoises, iguanas, snakes and river crocodiles, among many others.
One of the most exciting parts is the Police Situation Simulator, where you can safely touch or feed certain reptiles under supervision. These special treats create unforgettable moments and will awaken your passion for conservation.
The park bills itself as the region's only independently operated living reptile museum. In addition, the exhibits commemorate the importance of protecting these species and their ecosystem.
At the end of the tour, you'll have free time to revisit your favourite reptile habitat or pop into the gift shop with educational souvenirs.
