Step by Step
Discover why Greek nights are the life and soul of celebrations in Paros. From the very first moment, you will be immersed in an atmosphere filled with music, traditional costumes and aromas that evoke the most authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The dancers will give you a warm welcome and invite you to join in their step-by-step choreography, so you can dance like a real local.
Dinner is composed of a selection of traditional dishes: fresh salads with goat cheese, dolmades, moussaka, kalamarakia, and other specialities, all prepared by experienced chefs with top quality local produce. Accompany each bite with Paros red or white wine, carefully chosen to bring out the flavours of each recipe.
Between courses, the live entertainment will keep you mesmerised: musicians playing the lute, bouzouki and the characteristic zurna, while dancers change costumes and present scenes from Greek mythology and folk festivals. There will be an interactive teaching moment, where you will learn the famous sirtaki and other classical dances.
The rhythm of the evening continues with wine, song and dance: you will prepare your own plateado (plate) of food, toast with new friends and immerse yourself in the warmth of Greek hospitality. It's the perfect opportunity to make lasting memories and connect with the real people of Paros.
